WHAT IS REMEDIAL THERAPY?

Remedial Therapy assesses the muscles causing pain and restricted movement.
These affected muscles undergo treatment to help realign the body an to improve the posture and strengthen weakened muscles.

Conditions that can be helped:

• Back, shoulder & neck pain, generally the whole muscular -skeletal system , such as aching muscles or joints caused by overuse, bad posture, stress, computer work, etc.

WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?

Reflexology is a treatment which applies pressure on the reflex points of feet and hands to break down tiny waste deposits (crystals) and enhances the energy flow, encourages the body to heal itself and the system to work once again in harmony.
